NONG BAO Enterprise was established in 1980 and specializes in Metallic Yarn Product. In view of keeping competitiveness for decorative market in Taiwan,
NONG BAO keeps enhancing the skill and expending the factory scale.
JIU LI MEI Enterprise was found in 1998 by NONG BAO investment and specializes in Vacuum Metallizing and Coating Technology.
We have delicate experience in this field for nearly 30 years. Through our diligent work and consistent research in coating apply technic, we develop a lot of Metallizing & Coating applications for packaging and printing material.
It makes NONG BAO & JIU LI MEI become one of the leading manufactures of Metallizing & Coated Technology in Asia and keeps the competitiveness continuously.

History

1980
- Nong Bao Enterprise was founded in 1980 at Miaoli, Taiwan and specializes in Metallic Yarn Product.
1998
- JIU LI MEI Enterprise was found in 1998 by NONG BAO investment and specializes in Vacuum Metallizing and Coating Technology.
2003
- Clean Room of Class4（particles／M3 of air）had started using for high grade film production. It is independent space with partial exhaust and EPOXY floor. The environment of Clean Room is maintained by specialized cleanser.
- Three types of Slitting Machines built in clean room are used for specific products.
- Surface Slitting Machines (1998) are built in separated spaces of clean room for paper products use.
- Two types of Embossing Machines (1998) are specialized for paper and film product uses and are built in separated spaces of clean room.
- Contraposition Cutting Machines (1998) are built in separated space against culicid for paper, holographic paper & paperboard.
- Precise Laminated Machines are built in clean room and independent spaces against culicid for wetting lamination.
- G.V.E. Metallized Machine is specialized for PET/HILT/Zns/SiOx metallized, food packaging films and paper. G.V.E Metallized Machine enhances our products with excellent metallized flatness by automatic control system during production.
2004
- Cutter Machines (1998) are built in separated space against culicid for film products.
- Three types of Precise Coating Machines (1998) are worked for specific products (ex: paper, film), resins (ex: water based, solvent based).
2005
- ZHUHAI JIU LI MEtI is founded in 2005 by JIU LI MEI
- investment and aim to supply increasing market requirement.
- Clean control of Coating Room in Class5（particles／M3 of air）is controlled by independent spaces, aeration and exhaust system, EXPOXY floor, and special cleaning tools. The staffs in coating room dress up specific uniforms.
2006
- We upgrade product-Solar control film & Optical grade film.
- We develop and produce unique Solar control film for anti-reaction function. We upgrade our production environment and make use of our superior technology to supply Optical grade film.
2010
- We received ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system certificate on Jun 08, 2010, expired on Jun 07, 2013, certifying the compliance of the company’s quality management system to ISO standards.
2016
- Replaced the ISO 9001:2008 certificate (received June 08, 2016, valid until September 14, 2018).
2017
- We received ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system certificate. (received May 16, 2017, valid until June 07, 2019).
